TEST earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems from Virginia Commonwealth University and also holds Six Sigma Green Belt and Change Management certifications. She has over 20 years of experience in automation, innovation, process improvements, and strategic planning. TEST has previously held several roles in HR, Payroll Systems, and Statistics systems within some of the top companies in RVA.

TEST is responsible for developing and executing human resource strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization, specifically in the areas of succession planning, talent management, change management, organizational and performance management, and training and development.
