Career Opportunities

Career opportunities across the RCG network may include:

  • Behavior Technician / ABA Therapist
    Work directly with children to build communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills. Behavior Technicians receive training and work under the supervision of qualified clinical professionals.
  • Registered Behavior Technician
    Provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis services while implementing individualized treatment plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
  • Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst
    Support clinical programming, team member development, data review, and treatment implementation under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst
    Develop individualized treatment plans, supervise clinical team members, analyze client progress, and partner with families to provide high-quality care.
  • Speech and Occupational Therapy Professionals
    Help children strengthen communication, motor, sensory, self-care, and daily living skills as part of a collaborative treatment team.
  • Clinical Leadership
    Guide clinical teams, maintain quality standards, support team development, and help ensure that each client receives ethical and effective services.
  • Operations and Administrative Roles
    Support the teams and systems that make quality care possible. Opportunities may include operations, human resources, billing, scheduling, admissions, technology, transportation, and other administrative functions.

Available positions may vary based on current staffing needs and location.

Our Locations

Career opportunities may be available throughout the RCG network, including:

  • Richmond/North Chesterfield, Virginia
  • In-home service areas throughout Virginia
  • Reston, Virginia

Some positions may serve more than one location or include a combination of center-based and in-home services.
