Taiia Clarke is an accomplished education leader with 27 years of experience in public education, including 12 years in school leadership, dedicated to advancing equitable outcomes for all learners. She has a proven track record of leading diverse academic programs, building staff and student capacity, and fostering strong collaboration across multidisciplinary teams.
Her professional expertise spans Special Education, English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL), and advanced academic programs across grades K–8. Taiia has successfully implemented multi-tiered systems of support, data-driven instructional practices, and rigorous academic initiatives designed to meet the needs of diverse learning populations.
Taiia began her career as a Special Education teacher for students with Autism in Norfolk, Virginia, and later served as a Special Education Coordinator and Behavior Specialist Coach, where she developed deep expertise in data analysis, socio-emotional support, and instructional leadership.
She holds a Bachelor of Science from Audrey Cohen College, a Master of Science in Special Education from Regent University, and a Post-Master’s Certificate in Educational Leadership from George Washington University. Taiia is passionate about mentoring future leaders and remains committed to education, faith, family, and community impact.
