Shawna is a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) and a Licensed Assistant Behavior Analyst (LABA) in the state of Virginia. She joined RCG’s School Prep program as an ABA therapist in May 2021 after earning her B.S. in Psychology from the University of Richmond. She quickly discovered her passion for the field of ABA and obtained her RBT credential in February 2022.
Driven to deepen her expertise, Shawna began pursuing her master’s degree in Behavior Analysis at the Florida Institute of Technology in August 2024 and plans to obtain her master’s level board certification upon graduating in 2026.
Outside of work, Shawna enjoys spending time with family and friends, cuddling with her cats, and planning her next adventure.
