Michaela started with RCG in 2023. She started working in the field by implementing home-based ABA services in 2017. During that time, she saw the direct positive impact that ABA can have on individuals with autism and their families. This motivated her to move to Massachusetts and pursue her Master’s degree through Western New England University, while completing field work in both the residential and day school programs at the New England Center for Children. She received her BCBA in 2022 and her LBA in 2023 and looks to continue to find new ways to learn more about how to positively impact those in her community through intensive ABA services. In her free time she likes to solo travel, collect plants and teach her chinchilla new tricks.
