Kevin joined the RCG team in 2019 and serves as a Clinical Manager, bringing a wealth of experience and passion for helping individuals diagnosed with Autism.
His journey began in 2011 as a teaching assistant and team lead at The Faison School for Autism, where he dedicated four years before transitioning to teach as a Functional Integrated Classroom Teacher in Henrico County’s public school system. After two years in the public school system, Kevin pursued coursework to become a behavior analyst, gaining valuable experience in an in-home ABA setting.
Kevin holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Master’s Degree in Special Education from Old Dominion University. He is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and a licensed behavior analyst in Virginia. Kevin is deeply committed to enhancing communication skills and school readiness in individuals with Autism. Additionally, he is passionate about training and development, providing supervision hours to aspiring behavior analysts.
Outside of work, Kevin cherishes time with his wife and two daughters. Whether it’s spending time at the lake, playing video games with his youngest daughter, or watching scary movies with his oldest, Kevin finds joy in creating memorable moments with his family.
