Jesse is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and a Licensed Behavior Analyst in the Commonwealth of Virginia. In 2024, he joined RCG as a Clinical Supervisor in their School Prep Program.
Jesse’s journey in behavior analysis began after earning a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Richmond. He started his career as a Teaching Assistant at the Faison Center in 2014, where he discovered a deep passion for special education and behavior analysis. Encouraged by his peers and mentors, Jesse pursued a Master’s in Education at the University of Richmond and subsequently took on the role of Classroom Teacher in the Life Skills Program, working with young adults aged 16 to 22. Following the completion of his Master’s degree, Jesse furthered his expertise by undertaking behavior analysis coursework at the Florida Institute of Technology, ultimately achieving Board Certification.
With years of experience supporting young adults and their families through the final stages of education and the complexities of transitioning into adulthood, Jesse recognized that many of the skills necessary for success could be cultivated much earlier. This realization led him to focus on promoting independence, fostering meaningful relationships, and enhancing community engagement from a young age to increase the likelihood of long-term success.
To fulfill these goals, Jesse has worked throughout the Richmond metropolitan area, providing in-home ABA services, consulting with K-12 educators, and delivering early intervention services. At RCG, Jesse is committed to offering high-quality early intervention services that prioritize independence and address the unique needs of individuals and their families as they embark on their journey.
