Erin is a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with a passion for making a meaningful impact in the lives of children and families. Her journey began at Roanoke College, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice. After graduation, she explored various career paths before discovering her deep love for working with children, which led her to become a preschool teacher.
In 2019, Erin took her first steps into the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) as a Behavioral Therapist at RCG. She quickly developed a profound appreciation for the transformative impact of ABA, not only on clients but also on their families. This passion drove her to earn certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
Determined to advance her expertise, Erin pursued a Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis Practice from the Florida Institute of Technology. In the fall of 2024, Erin proudly achieved her goal of becoming a BCBA and returned to RCG to continue serving the community. Her mission is to continually learn, advocate for clients and their families, and extend her passion for ABA into the broader community.
Outside of her professional life, Erin cherishes spending quality time with her family and dogs. She’s also an avid reader, always in search of her next favorite book.
