Charles brings a dynamic mix of frontline experience and leadership to RCG’s Operations Coordination Team. A native of New Rochelle, New York, he has called Virginia home since 2001. Charles joined RCG in May 2025, bringing with him seven years of experience as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and over a decade in retail management. His diverse background has given him a strong foundation in both client care and operational efficiency.
Outside of work, Charles thrives on creativity and connection. He enjoys producing music, spending quality time with his wife Sara, and making memories with their three children—Caiden, Chase, and Skylar. Their lively home is shared with an assortment of pets, including cats, dogs, birds, and fish. Whether he’s streamlining operations or hosting backyard barbecues, Charles brings energy, creativity, and heart to everything he does.
