Meet Dr. Teresa Burse — Franchise Owner, RCG Nashville Area
With more than two decades of strategic Human Resources leadership across both the private and public sectors, Dr. Teresa Burse brings extensive experience in organizational development, human behavior, leadership, and business strategy to RCG Behavioral Health Network’s Nashville-area location.

 

Dr. Burse holds a Doctorate in Business Administration from Baker College, a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Phoenix, and an undergraduate degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Christopher Newport University. Her background uniquely combines behavioral science, executive leadership, and operational strategy, giving her a strong foundation for building teams, strengthening organizations, and creating environments where individuals can thrive.

 

Driven by a personal commitment to meaningful service and community impact, Dr. Burse entered entrepreneurship with the goal of combining her professional expertise with greater purpose, autonomy, and the opportunity to make a lasting difference.

 

As Franchise Owner of RCG Nashville, Dr. Burse is focused on building a strong, family-centered organization that reflects RCG’s commitment to helping children with autism and developmental needs build meaningful skills and greater independence. She is equally passionate about developing a culture where team members can grow professionally and building lasting partnerships with families, schools, providers, and organizations throughout the community.
