Board Certified Behavior Analyst – Clinical Supervisor
Location: Richmond, VA | Schedule: Full Time | Level: Experienced
This Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Clinical Supervisor role at RCG Behavioral Health Network plays a key leadership role within our center-based ABA therapy program. The BCBA provides clinical oversight, supervises Behavior Technicians, conducts assessments, and ensures high-quality behavioral services for children with autism and related developmental needs. This position does not require driving to multiple homes and offers a manageable caseload supported by a collaborative, multidisciplinary team.
Compensation and Benefits
- Total compensation ranges from $80,000 to $95,000, with an additional bonus depending on experience.

BCBA Role and Responsibilities
- Provide clinical supervision and support to assigned ABA Therapists / Behavior Technicians, including regular check-ins and coaching.
- Conduct weekly clinical observations within the ABA therapy program and provide actionable feedback to improve treatment quality.
- Complete all funder requirements and documentation for client oversight, including supervision notes, reports, and progress updates.
- Develop and deliver in-service trainings to strengthen staff competencies in ABA therapy and behavior intervention strategies.
- Conduct initial and ongoing ABA assessments for children with autism (e.g., VB-MAPP, FBA, ABLLS-R).
- Develop, oversee, and adjust treatment plans—including behavior plans and skill acquisition programs—based on data and client needs.
- Lead family training sessions to support the use of evidence-based behavioral strategies at home and in the child’s daily routines.
- Meet with families to review progress, goals, treatment plans, and recommendations.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary partners such as IEP teams, Speech-Language Pathology (SLP), and Occupational Therapy (OT) to ensure consistent, high-quality care.

Desired Qualifications

- At least 2 years of experience working with children with autism and/or communication disorders.
- Ability to maintain adherence to the BACB Code of Ethics.
- Excellent time-management skills and the ability to balance clinical, supervisory, and documentation responsibilities.
