Candidates will primarily work in our center-based ABA program, leading day-to-day operations and supporting both clinical and administrative teams to ensure high-quality service delivery.

As an Operations Manager, you will support the success of the center by overseeing workflows, optimizing systems, and ensuring a smooth experience for both families and team members.

Operations Managers play a critical role in maintaining efficiency, compliance, and team performance. This position bridges clinical and administrative functions to ensure that services are delivered effectively, ethically, and in alignment with RCG standards.

This role may involve managing high-volume operations, resolving escalations, and supporting teams in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates remain organized, solutions-focused, and people-centered while maintaining accountability and operational excellence.


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead daily center operations including scheduling, intake coordination, and workflow management
  • Supervise and support administrative and operations staff, providing coaching and performance feedback
  • Serve as a key point of contact for families, ensuring a positive and professional experience
  • Partner with clinical leadership (BCBAs) to ensure operational processes support quality care
  • Monitor authorizations, insurance processes, and service utilization to prevent disruptions in care
  • Develop and improve systems to increase efficiency and reduce operational friction
  • Oversee facility operations, supplies, and vendor relationships
  • Support hiring, onboarding, and retention of team members
  • Track and report operational metrics to leadership
  • Ensure compliance with Medicaid, state, and organizational requirements.

Job Requirements – Education and Experience

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field
  • 3–5 years of operations or management experience

Preferred Education

  • Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or pediatric services
  • Familiarity with insurance, authorizations, and compliance requirements
