Sarah Brickley is a registered and licensed occupational therapist who has been providing pediatric services over 40 years. Sarah is a graduate from the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston, South Carolina in 1980.
Sarah specializes in sensory integration therapy, developmental therapy, social thinking program, ADHD certification, and autism. Sarah “colors outside of the lines”. She understands that no two children are the same. Sarah enjoys problem solving and assisting families learn how to assist their special little ones or older ones achieve their optimal potential.
Sarah’s joy and passion in life is to put the “fun” back in your child’s play!
Outside of work, Sarah loves playing in mud! She is a wanna be potter. Sarah loves anything to do with arts and crafts, and gardening.
Sarah has 2 dogs, Molly a 12 year old golden/lab rescue and Gracie Lou Freebush who is her golden retriever puppy who will be trained as a therapy dog! (You may be seeing her in the clinic one day!).
Sarah loves to use animals as part of therapy. Animals are so perceptive of how we feel. Sarah has had the opportunity to work in hippotherapy as well as train and use dogs in therapy. She even had a gold fish that she used working as a camp counselor with special needs kids to help them calm down.
