Brittany has been dedicated to supporting individuals with developmental disabilities and related disorders since 2007. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from Virginia Commonwealth University and went on to receive her Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis and Autism from Sage Graduate School in 2013. That same year, she became a Board Certified and Licensed Behavior Analyst in the state of Virginia.
Throughout her career, Brittany has worked with individuals aged 15 months to 38 years, gaining experience in various settings, including private day schools, outpatient clinics, and in-home environments. She has a passion for understanding her clients’ unique interests, fostering trust, and creating pathways for new learning and communication. Additionally, Brittany enjoys mentoring staff, guiding them in their professional growth within the field of ABA.
Outside of her professional life, Brittany loves spending time with her husband and daughter, diving into sci-fi and fantasy books, and exploring parks and museums.
