Brittany joined RCG in 2023 as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and quickly advanced to the role of Center-Based Coordinator. With over six years of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and more than 15 years in child care, Brittany brings a wealth of expertise, compassion, and dedication to her role. Her background includes leading preschool classrooms and tutoring elementary and middle school students, giving her a comprehensive understanding of childhood development across different stages.
Brittany’s passion for empowering children with unique needs and helping them achieve their full potential drives her work. Her extensive experience in both educational and therapeutic settings makes her an invaluable asset to the RCG team, where she consistently fosters growth and positive change in the families she serves.
Outside of work, Brittany enjoys pampering her three dogs, diving into video games, and indulging in her favorite TV shows.
