Aaron is the HR Technology and Analytics Manager for RCG. Prior to joining the team, he worked for over ten years in the public sector, first at Virginia Commonwealth University, and more recently at Chesterfield County. With a strong background in Accounting, Budget Analysis, and Information Systems, Aaron is a dedicated administrative professional with a passion for creative problem solving.
In his personal life Aaron enjoys film and television, video games, and spending time with his beautiful wife Amanda, and their adorable cat Catherine.
