Recognizing Children’s Gifts was founded in 2012 to promote and enhance the development of individuals with special needs. We are committed to serving individuals starting as early as 2 years old. Once an individual is no longer receiving services from our organization we will remain a committed partner by facilitating community linkage to other vital services.

We offer one of the most comprehensive programs in the industry, offering services in a center-based environment in addition to providing services in the home. Our services are individually structured to meet the unique needs of each individual. We believe that a partnership with the family is a critical component to advancing the child. RCG empower families with the knowledge to succeed and help clients be their own self-advocates.
We employ professionals specifically trained to address the needs of children on the Autism Spectrum. Our professional staff is appropriately licensed by the state and/or are certified by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board. Our multi-disciplinary team consists of Registered Behavior Technicians, ABA Therapists, Special Education Teachers, School Psychologists, Social Workers, Speech-Language Pathologists, and Behavior Analysts.

The mission of Recognizing Children’s Gifts is to provide top-quality behavioral services to help individuals on the Autism Spectrum reach their highest potential. About 1 in 36 children have been identified with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) according to estimates from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, published in 2020.
